What are the payment methods available?

Payment for orders placed on the website is made exclusively in Euros. It offers the user the following payment methods:

  • With bank card (VISA, Mastercard).
  • PayPal

Payment by bank card is totally secure. The entire transaction is carried out in encrypted form through a bank validation server using the SSL encryption protocol (encryption technology whose acronym comes from its name "Secure Socket Layer"). Therefore, the purchases that you make through online payment are completely secure.

What are the shipping costs and delivery times?

The delivery of orders will be carried out throughout the Spanish territory through the modalities, deadlines and limitations indicated below. At your request, the order will be delivered to:

  • Home address: delivery will be made within 5 to 6 business days (Monday to Friday) from the date of your order confirmation. Service not available for shipments to the Canary Islands, Balearic Islands, Ceuta and Melilla. Cash on delivery payment is not allowed for this delivery method. Only payment by card and Paypal.
  • Post Office: Your order will be made available at the Post Office closest to your home within 4 to 5 business days (Monday to Friday, in the Peninsula) from the date of confirmation of your order. Delivery method exclusively valid for shipments to the Peninsula, the Balearic Islands, Ceuta and Melilla. Only payment by card and Paypal.
  • Canary Islands (only shipments to the Canary Islands): Delivery of your order within 10 to 15 business days (Monday to Friday) from the date of confirmation of your order, at your nearest Post Office. Only payment by card and Paypal.

IMPORTANT NOTE: During the Christmas season, and given the high volume of orders that our logistics distributors must manage, as well as the accumulation of holidays and non-working days, your order may be delayed, which is why, FROM DECEMBER 16, THEY COULD DELIVERY TIMES WILL BE EXTENDED FOR CHRISTMAS OR THREE THREE THINGS DAY. In such cases, an attempt will be made to contact the client to keep them informed.
