1. Purpose

The owner of the Geovanny Vela Italy brand is INNOVELGON GROUP SL, with registered office at Rúa Nogueira, 5, CP 15179, Oleiros, Spain, and Tax ID: B09706870.

2. Acceptance of the General Conditions of Sale

All purchases of products made through Geovanny Vela Italy, hereinafter referred to as Purchase Agreements, are governed by these General Conditions, as well as by the applicable Spanish consumer regulations.

By entering into a Purchase Agreement through the established procedure, the Customer accepts and agrees to comply with these General Conditions.

The Customer is required to carefully read these General Conditions, made available by INNOVELGON GROUP SL, before carrying out any purchase transaction.

3. Products

All products offered are detailed on the website within their respective sections and categorized by product type.

The visual representation of the products on the website, when available, is provided for illustrative purposes only and normally corresponds to photographic images of the products. Its sole purpose is to present the products for sale.

INNOVELGON GROUP SL does not provide any guarantee or commitment regarding the exact correspondence between the image displayed on the website and the actual product, especially in relation to dimensions, color, presentation or packaging.

In the event of any discrepancy between the image and the written product description, the written description shall always prevail.

4. Purchase Procedure

The Customer may purchase the products included in the electronic catalogue of INNOVELGON GROUP SL, described on the website within their respective product category sections, by following the procedures indicated on the relevant information pages.

To purchase the products, the Customer must register on the website by providing their details or contact the company through the different channels offered on the website.

5. Conclusion of the Agreement

The publication of products on the website constitutes an invitation for Customers to submit a contractual purchase proposal.

The order submitted by the Customer constitutes a contractual proposal and implies full knowledge and complete acceptance of these General Conditions.

Each Purchase Agreement entered into between INNOVELGON GROUP SL and the Customer shall be considered finalized when INNOVELGON GROUP SL sends the order confirmation to the email address provided by the Customer.

INNOVELGON GROUP SL reserves the right not to accept purchase proposals and to cancel orders that do not provide sufficient guarantees of solvency.

6. Product Prices

Product prices shall be sent to the Customer by email.

Shipping costs are the responsibility of the Customer. INNOVELGON GROUP SL may ship the products provided that the Customer pays in advance the shipping cost and the corresponding invoice amount.

7. Billing and Payment Methods

INNOVELGON GROUP SL shall issue an invoice for the purchased products, as well as the corresponding packing list. These documents may be sent by email and/or in physical format together with the Customer’s goods.

Payments must be made to the business bank account of INNOVELGON GROUP SL at Banco Santander Spain, according to the details provided to the Customer during the purchase process.

The order shall be handed over to the courier service, transport agent or any other party designated for delivery once the applicable payment conditions have been completed.

8. Delivery Methods and Costs

INNOVELGON GROUP SL undertakes to deliver the goods without undue delay and, in any case, within a maximum period of thirty days, except in circumstances beyond its control.

INNOVELGON GROUP SL ships within and outside the European Union.

The Customer may not hold INNOVELGON GROUP SL liable for delays in order processing or in the delivery of products covered by Purchase Agreements when such delays are attributable to third parties, transport services, customs, force majeure or other external circumstances.

The ordered products shall be shipped to the postal address specified by the Customer. Once INNOVELGON GROUP SL hands the products over to the courier service, a shipping confirmation email shall be sent to the Customer.

Verification Upon Receipt of the Order

Upon receiving the products from the designated courier service, the Customer must carefully verify:

That the security seal is intact and that the packaging is not damaged or altered in any way.
That the number of delivered items corresponds to the number indicated in the shipping document.

Any damage to the security seal, packaging or products, as well as any discrepancy in the number of items, packages or shipment details, must be reported immediately by the Customer to the Customer Service department of INNOVELGON GROUP SL, specifying the relevant order.

9. Personal Data Processing

INNOVELGON GROUP SL processes Customer data in accordance with the current legislation on personal data protection.

10. Intellectual Property Rights

All trademarks, whether registered or unregistered, as well as all intellectual creations, signs or distinctive names, images, photographs, written or graphic texts and, in general, any other intangible asset protected by intellectual and industrial property laws and international treaties, reproduced on the website, are the exclusive property of INNOVELGON GROUP SL and/or its licensors.

The Customer shall not acquire any rights over such elements by accessing the website and/or by entering into Purchase Agreements.

Any use, even partial, of these elements is prohibited without the prior written authorization of INNOVELGON GROUP SL, which exclusively reserves all related rights.

11. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These General Conditions and any agreement entered into with the Customer are governed by Spanish law, without prejudice to the application of European Union regulations and international treaties where applicable, as well as national consumer protection laws.

For any dispute relating to the interpretation, execution, validity or effectiveness of these General Conditions and any agreement entered into with Customers, the competent court shall be the court of the Customer’s place of residence or domicile, if located in Spain.

Payments

INNOVELGON GROUP SL offers different payment methods to meet the Customer’s needs.

Currently, the available payment method is:

Payment by national or international bank transfer.

Order management costs may vary depending on the payment method selected.

For payments by bank transfer, the management cost is free of charge.

Once payment has been received, INNOVELGON GROUP SL shall proceed to process the order.

Shipping: Information and Costs

INNOVELGON GROUP SL ships throughout the European Union and abroad.

INNOVELGON GROUP SL constantly works with national and international express courier companies to guarantee the best possible service in terms of delivery times, shipping reliability and customer service.

Shipping Costs and Delivery Times

Shipping costs and delivery times are subject to product availability and possible customs delays.

Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding national holidays.

Orders received from Monday to Friday, excluding holidays, are processed the same day if placed before 10:00 a.m., or on the next business day if placed after that time.

Orders received on Saturdays and/or Sundays are processed on the following Monday.

Delivery times may vary due to force majeure, adverse weather conditions, strikes, logistics incidents, customs procedures or other circumstances beyond the control of INNOVELGON GROUP SL.

Delivery Methods

The ordered products shall be delivered to the postal address indicated by the Customer.

Upon receiving the products, the Customer must carefully verify:

That the security seal is intact and that the packaging is not damaged or altered in any way.
That the number of delivered pieces corresponds to the number indicated in the transport document.

Any damage to the security seal, packaging or products, or any mismatch in the number of pieces, packages or indications, must be reported to INNOVELGON GROUP SL.

INNOVELGON GROUP SL is not responsible for the handling of shipments by third parties. Therefore, it shall not be liable for damages, losses, theft or incidents occurring at the destination once the goods have been handed over to the corresponding carrier or courier service.

INNOVELGON GROUP SL reserves the right to modify, update, add or remove parts of these Terms and Conditions of Sale at its discretion and at any time.

To facilitate verification, these Terms and Conditions of Sale shall indicate the date of their latest update.
